Fruugo is a ****!!!!!

I am starting to believe fruugo is a ****.I ordered an outdoor patio umbrella from them for R700 in October 2023 and even now I don’t have it.I have been putting an inquiry about my order and filing out their enquiries form.How come Fruugo doesn’t have a 24h or at least call centre line where clients can call in because now I have tried to reach out countless time through the online form and no one bothers to get back to me
