Fruugo is a ****

Placed an order in July. No way to track the order, it stops at a point abroad. Logged a ticket, and they said I need to sort out the courier, for which there is no answer. Currently, when I try and log a ticket on the website I get an "we have experienced an error" and can't log the ticket. I can also not send an email to Fruugo - response is: "message delivery problem".
