Fruugo is a ****

I bought a knot tying tool in August 2023. I chose fruugo because they had an SA Doman registration - I didn't want to deal with an offs**** company. Surprise, surprise, the next thing was I got updates saying that my order was processed, etc and that my gadget would soon be on its way from China. I wasn't impressed.

Then it got worse. I never received anything. I have lodged objection. No response from fruugo.

I am convinced that fruugo is in fact an elaborate ****. Be warned.
