Placed an order on the 22 November 2023. Estimated delivery was scheduled for the 4 December 2023. Review placed on the 1 February 2024. No delivery received. The 'HELP" feature was accessed and on selecting 'order not received' - the automated system responds 'QUERY RESOLVED'. No other means to contact them . I have been ******.
