Fruugo in SA can't help you.

I ordered an item through Fruugo from China. My tracking nr. was duplicated and the post office informed me that somebody else signed for my parcel with the same tracking nr as mine and gladly accepted it. Following the complaints resolution and the help procedure on the website - I found out that I could not make use of any as I stay outside the European Union. Please be careful when ordering expensive items - You in SA can't complain!!
