Fruugo, Good for scarce parts but expect to wait for delivery.

Fruugo being an online store is very reliant on international shipping. My item was only a couple of weeks late, I was irritated as it was urgently needed but I cannot blame Fruugo for the delay. Regular updates and proper tracking information would be benificial. Delivery to the post office is a bit of a pain and expect to pay import duties which is not much. All in all an average experience but I did receive my parcel and it was something I really needed and not available in SA. Expect to wait a bit and log a I want to cancel my order then only will the shipping company and seller give you relevant information. The tracking logging on the site is not working.
