Fruugo - ********** or ********?

Like most people, I assumed people's comments here to be over-reactions of some kind. Fruugo have done a dirty on my order of 5 Aug 2019. They have gone dark - no way to contact them, no email invoice - just an sms promise after placing the order. Money has been snatched - no goods delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE **********
