Fruugo *****

We have purchased an item over 3 months ago. The frustration is we purchased from Fruugo South Africa, under the impression that the item is from South Africa for delivery in South Africa. After investigation Fruugo is from the UK. We have no means of contacting them. we have no means of following up where the package is. I wonder if this company pays tax in South Africa, if they use a South African website and order facility? I need to know where my parcel is....
