Fruugo ****

I brought a product from Fruugo on 11 November 2025 with delivery date before 12 December 2025. it is now 7 February 2026 and i still have not received the product. I queried the delivery early January and was told to be patient. This is the absolute worst service I ever received. I would recommend everyone not to make use of Fruugo. Almost impossible to contact them. They refer you to the original seller in China who cannot speak English. Really disappointed with Fruugo. Will never use them again and recommend everyone to stay clear
