Fruugo does not fix incorrect orders

My order was delivered but incomplete . All attempts to communicate/resolve the issue has been a response from a customer care bot which is absolutely useless. I will not be using this site again. The parts delivered were also not as described. Utterly disappointed and I have now spent more money than what they sent me.
