Fruugo does NOT deliver

I placed an order in November and got confirmation that it will be delivered by Dec 08. I have heard nothing and recieved nothing! When I contact Fruugo, they tell me nothing! It's all automated answers. Nobody has spoken to me or contacted me. This is my first time buying from fruugo and it has been a very disappointing experience. So cancel the order and refund me.
