Fruugo disgraceful service

Sunyou Post Sypost.com “ This page isn’t working”.15track and SApost office “package not found”. Fruugo sent me a “How do you find our service” e mail which I answered detailing my problem. There site promises your e mail will be read. , nothing received from them. They don’t refund if the order is received by the retailer. My order has not been sent by the retailer. This is disgraceful conduct by a worldwide company.
