FRUUGO delivery

On the 20th Jan i ordered Tinnidrop Tinnitus Relief Spray from them, it is now the 11/03/2024 and i have not received anything yet, on their website you cannot email anyone, there is no contact number, all you get to do is track your shipment, and my shipment seems to be stuck somewhere in orbit - absolutely useless website and service
