Fruugo deals misleading

Is this company for real? they advertise in ZAR, but clearly the goods come from China, which isn't clear in their ads. I ordered a rug, get almost daily updates that item has been shipped, but nothing has arrived in 3 months! Can we report this to the SA Consumer council? /
