Fruugo - daylight *******! Stay away!

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered and paid for an item online on the 11th of December and have still not received my package. It is impossible to get an answer from them and obviously impossible to speak to an actual human being. They keep telling me to contatc the post office in SA. I have done so three times and the post office has confirmed the package has not even left China! I demanded a full refund and to cancel my order but surprise surprise, nothing has happened. Stay away from these *******.
