Fruugo. Bad experience.

Fruugo online shopping is still not responding to my enquiries. Ive been waiting a month for my Daniel Wellington watch i cannot track my order.... I can only raise an enquiry at the retailer....and thr retailer fails to respond. Bad service. Still waiting for order nr ********** shipped 20July 2018.
