Fruugo Are *******

My wife ordered something from Fruugo in December 2020. they initially told us the goods will be delivered within 2 weeks. we have been waiting ever since and our weekly requested for refund have gone unattended. They have given us responses like contacting the local post office, but they cannot track anything without a SA Postal services tracking number. Our last 3 messages on their websites have not even been answered. We feel these people are *******
