Fruugo are ********! Stay away from them!

They are ********. The buyer sent a wrong item which was 150 euros that what I ordered. The return address provided by the seller and Fruugo were in different countries. I never received my money back although Fruugo several times wrote that they are issuing a refund. Now I am engaging a lawyer to get my back. Stay away from them!!!
