Fruugo are ****mers, take money, no delivery and then cut all communication

Complete ****mers. Ordered something on 7 Dec 2025. No tracking info since 9 Jan and have not yet received my order. Have contacted them 3 times to enquire but no response. They promised it was refunded last communication from them received on 9 Jan 2026. First and last time I will use them EVER. Avoid avoid avoid. Temu is infinitely better and I use them regularly, Fruugo's blatant daylight ******* is unacceptable.
