FRUUGO - APPALLING SERVICE DO NOT USE

I ordered a ipad case on 23 December 2021 and to date I have not received it. Nowhere does is state that the product is coming from France! I have queried then multiple times and the only answer I get is from the company that despatched it from France is "it has been despatched and is on route". Terrible service, and then they send a email asking me to rate their service! What service????
