Fruugo absolutely pathetic! No customer service at all!!!!

They are pathetic! I ordered from them! Delivery were supposed to be 2 May 2025! Up until today did not receive my product! Contacted them many times and no responce!! Wanted to cancel order and get refund and still no response?? Verybad no service at all just ignoring me!!!
