Fruugo a **** and *********

I placed an order on 8 October 2023 for some vitamins. I still have not received them. Fruugo response is not existant. The Courier Company has told me that the order has been Confiscated by South African Customs. Fruugo has mislead me by using a Co.za website.I would never have ordered if I had known it was coming from the UK. When the shipment arrived at South Africa Customs I had to pay an Import Duty that I was not made aware of when I placed the order. I have requested a refund, however I was told that the order was shipped. Well, I have not received it and I am entitled to a refund. This company is a **** and should not be allowed to accept orders from South Africa if it cannot guarantee delivery.
