Fruugo

I have placed two orders in November of 2023. I received the first one within 3 weeks of ordering, but have not yet received the second one. I keep receiving mails on the first one that I already received but nothing on the second one. I try continuously to get in touch with them to find out about my second order but everytime it says that they cannot help me right now with my request. It looks like I lost my order as well as my money and I am seriously fedup!!! I will never order from them again!!!
