Fruugo ****

I Placed and order for a product in July. I received confirmation of payment and my account was debited. In the beginning of October after numerous requests on progress and expected delivery I was informed that the product was returned to the retailer and that I would receive a refund within 3 - 5 working days, It is now nearly the end of November and no refund. This is very poor on the part of Fruugo and I would recommend that online buyers avoid this online store. You will be dissapointed and left out of pocket.
