Fruugo

I have ordered two small lampshades online .. cost me some R1200. The retailer says my address is unreachable and details given insufficient .. however I buy from other retailers and delivery never a problem. Fruugo simply cuts communication and there is no further contact to get a refund and no contact number in SA. This is a **** and should be rectified.
