I would rate FRUUGO COMPANY ZERO, I'm a pensioner and wanted to surprise my husband with a special gift for his birthday, placed the order, they took my money without a problem and said my package would arrive in 5 days, it's now past, I could not get hold of the agent iwho is based in South Africa nor head office in the UK, started to panic because its a lot of money that I saved up, when I tried calling the help Centre they didn't recognize my email address, tried calling them but no luck, how can they get away with this **************** and especially to a pensioner. I asked my bank to see if they could retrieve the money for me but the service charges are ridiculously to high and they cannot promise me if they can retrieve the money anyhow. Please can anyone perhaps help me
