Frustrated customer

I ordered what I thought was a pool ladder for R1600 or so and I received a step which was a small picture on the actual Ladder picture. I had no idea that is what I was getting . I tried to return it which would cost me more than the ladder. I tried to email I tried to call and have had no luck and I sit with a step that I can do nothing with and it cost me R1600. Not a happy customer at all
