We have purchased a Printhead Replacement Kit For Hp Officejet Pro 8100, 8600, 8620 from Fruuggo on 20th October 2023. To date we never received our package, after numerous enquiries, we just received emails that stated our order is In Transit. We sent numerous emails and received this msg “Fruugo message delivery problem” It is 19 Feb 2024 and we still have not received our order. They cannot be reached, Please stay away from the online site.
