FALSE WORDING ON FRUUGO WEBSITE

It's disappointing to have to turn to Hello Peter because Fruugo isn't addressing your emails, especially after they've received your payment.

While their website offers a choice for quick delivery, it's puzzling that this option isn't available during checkout. Now, the item I urgently need is stuck in a slow shipment. Despite seeking clarification, their lack of response raises the question of why they promote a fast delivery choice that doesn't seem accessible when it matters.
