Don’t use Fruugo!

I ordered a bra for a wedding with plenty of time to spare. I tried to get them to tell me who the local carrier as I could see it had arrived in the country, but they literally couldn’t tell me where it was and who had it or a location waybill number. It finally appeared on their system 8 days after the latest arrival date which was after the wedding. They won’t refund or return
