don't trust Fruugo

is there any legal recourse one can take against fruugo? i believe have been ****med by them and i would like to bring them to account. i have paid for the part i ordered in November, they notified me it would reach me by 19december 2024 and i'm still waiting. don't trust this company, i'm surprised it hasn't been shut down by the authorities yet.
