Don't recommend using FRUUGO!

I placed an order on the 21st of April and never received the order. I have sent 5 emails and made 8 enquiries and didn't receive feedback or acknowledgement of any sort. I do get notifications on my enquiries of enquire resolved however, nothing is resolved. I won't recommend using FRUUGO at all.
