Don’t order from Fruugo

Firstly, by the website address,I thought I was ordering from a local company but the products came from China. Not a deal breaker but what is a deal breaker is paying for my order of two products on 28 November. One product arrived in the first week of January and I am yet to receive the other!

I have followed up so many times after the scheduled arrival date. Their links do not work. The link takes me to a page written in mandarin with no option to translate into English!! Another link takes me to my account for an update on the order that has no updated information!!!

Frustrating, annoying and inconvenient!!

Will never ever order from this company again. Not worth the aggravation nor how much time I have spent following up on my order!
