Does Fruugo actually exist?

I ordered shoes from Fruugo in January 2018 as a birthday gift for my little nephew and niece. The website is first of all quite misleading as everything indicates that Fruugo is a South African company which it isnt. It is now May 2018. I still have no order and no refund. Despite endless emails to Fruugo I have received no help from them and keep being referred to different dead end links. I am not even sure if the company actually exits or if it is all just a ****.Please do not order anything from this website.
