Do you trust FRUUGO?

I have ordered and paid for an item on the 8th of November. FRUUGO has informed me that my item wash shipped and sent me a tracking number. This tracking faded on the 16th of November and all querries were unanswered. Today the 4th of December I believe I have lost more than R3000 and do not know where I can report it!
