I ordered from this company early in Nov 23. Company appears to be South African, however, once you order, you realize that your items is coming from China and will take weeks to arrive. In my case I was given an ETA of 21 Dec, that date came and went. The website is useless to get feedback, so it's very frustrating. I eventually managed to submit a query on website, whereby I was refused a refund and advised by seller that I need to wait for the parcel. Very difficult when you have no clue where you item is and when it will arrive. NO option what so ever to speak to someone. I eventually managed to track the parcel to SA Post Office, collected today 22 Jan 24 (more than 2months after I ordered) and had to pay an additional R500 to receive, even though I paid to door to door delivery. To make matters worse, only half of what I ordered was in the box. So I'm back to square 1 with useless website!
