Do not order from Fruugo

I placed an order for two t-shirts in December 2018. It has been 5 months now and I am yet to receive my order. I inquired at the Post Office 3 times and they said that they cannot trace the order. Absolutely poor service on the Fruugo website; they don't answer your questions and they give you generic answers about your orders. I've attempt to escalate the query but to no avail.
