I cannot complain about their customer service, as that would imply that it exists. Zero service or response to multiple queries about goods not delivered, no refund, no response worth mentioning, no communication.

Order outstanding for more than 3 months, multiple requests for refunds go unanswered.

You may as well burn your money, because once you have paid that is the last you will see of it.
