DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM FRUUGO

I live in Cape Town, South Africa. I though FRUUGO was a South African-based company. I ordered and paid for a toy for my grandson on the 7th of November 2022. It is now the 12th of December 2022 and I still have not received the toy. The "helpcentre" is not helpful at all. The item apparently travelled from Shenzhen to London. And then was in transit from London to Cape Town. It looks like I was ****med out of R800.00.
