Do not buy from Fruugo online

The delivery date was given as 29 January. I received a message that I must phone the courier. I phoned the number and found out that it is the South African Post Office. The lady informed me that the parcel is in Johannesburg and must go from Johannesburg to Cape Town and then to the Free State to my nearest post office (which was closed since last year). I asked for a refund three times but only received messages I must phone the courier. I want to warn consumers not to buy from Fruugo.
