Disgusting shoddy service

Never ever use Fruugo. I ordered product online from them, which was to be sent via US mail, to me. This order was despatched 16 March 2020. They never gave me a post office tracking number. I tried numerous to get this from them. Their UK land-line says contact online. Far lot of use that is. All they do is send me a generic email. No one has assisted me at all and I am totally disgusted. How can I track this expensive parcel??? They do not deserve to be in business and should be taken to task by UK authorities. I bet I won't even get my parcel... They're happy to take my money. And then drop me afterwards.
