Disgraceful Fruugo

I placed an order which was supposed to be delivered in March 2022 and today the 20th August 2022 I have not received my goods. Despite contacting Fruugo they continue to respond with the same garbage (Dear friend, I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I have urged the logistics company to ask them to deliver the goods as soon as possible. You can receive the package soon, please rest assured, thank you.) Dear Fruugo, I am not your friend!, I am a customer and one that will never use you again, please process my refund as requested several times now.
