DISAPPOINTED

What a bad experience 😕 ever,I'm an online shopper and I've never come across such experience.i placed an order on the 12th of April 2023 till today I hvnt received it.when you send emails they don't respond,when you report your order it keeps on saying please try again later theres an error occurred..like really now!!I mean I paid full amount how long must I wait?when i track my order it says ,South Africa arrived at processing center since 6 may at 04:51..stil waiting.. I'm so DISAPPOINTED 😞 XEM!!I dnt knw what got into me and not read the reviews coz that's what I normally do before placing an order.I stil have hope though since I've read a review of a parcel that came after 5months. Of which I did read where it says in south africa we must expect delayed time due to postal addresses but never thought it will take this long .
