Delivery failure

Placed an order with Fruugo on the 10th of October 2021. ETA of delivery would have been the 25th of October 2021. The delivery date was missed. I have requested feedback from Fruudo about 9 times and the feedback was always the same - the delivery was send to your country; estimated arrival unknown. This process carried on for more then 3 months and finally they came back and confirmed that the parcel is at the post office. Here is the problem - the parcel was delivered to the post office on the 25th of October and I have not received any notification from either Fruudo or the Post Office. This meant that the Post Office charged me penalties for storage of the parcel. The total amount for the penalties was almost half of the buying price of the product that I have ordered. This was not a good experience.
