Delivery by Hot Air Balloon ???
<p>I did order some shoes with this company on the 18th of May and they still have not arrived ( 7th June) It seems that dispatch takes 5 days hmmm..ok...tracking number only valid in UK so where is the package now, may be delivery by hot air balloon" ??? I did send email for a refund and Fruugo responded as below.
