Deception with prices

I ordered something on Fruugo. The item was discounted to R99. On checkout R335.99 was added for "shipping costs"! This was only done after I entered by credit card details. There was no opportunity to review the totals; no normal security check with my bank, it went straight off.

I immediately cancelled and, this is the only reason they get 2 stars, they said my money would be refunded. This hasn't happened yet.
