Hi. Ordered item on 07/10/2023. The item was not to expensive. But with shipping added it ended up almost double the price. Unknown to you the item is not in South Africa, but in China. If I wanted to order from China I would have done so myself. Might have received better service. Fruugo platform does not work and assist with enquiries. Finally send direct email to Fruugo about my missing item. The delivery address is plain and easy to understand. It should be delivered to a specific address. (Remember shipping included) Finely received message that my item is at the post office. In order to receive it I had to pay a additional amount at the post office. Finally received it on 07/12/2023. (Two months later) The item: Poorly packaged and original packaging gone. Not worth the end price to get. Conclusion: Congrats to Fruugo on a well thought through ****!
