Company Total ****!

I ordered a Aux Cable from Fruugo in October 2021. No mention was made that the product will be coming from overseas. On follow up it was said the product is taking to long to be delivered and a second attempt to dispatch the Aux Cable was made. On follow up the excuse was given customs is taking long, followed by the now so common excuse of Covid delays. All I want to do is cancel the order but they are not allowing me to do so. The company is a total ****!
