Clever avoidance of responsibility

Ordered camp bed mid-June. Still not delivered. Phoned international and agent said goods were with South African Customs. that was several weeks ago. Still no delivery. I can only presume that this company knows how inefficient the RSA customs are and so absolves itself from responsibility. Received an email from them after the international call claiming I had refused their help. This, of course, is completely untrue. Actually quite clever as they have been paid and why should they bother. I strongly suggest that people in RSA do not do business with this company. I would be very interested to hear of other people's experiences.
