Chelsea Jacket

I bought a Chelsea Jacket in June this year 2020. Until now haven't received the goods amount of R999.00. I have requested a refund and it was said 3-5 working days. It's been already 8 days and nothing has come through. It no use to contact them it's a waist of time all i want is my refund back. Services is very bad don;t know why thet adveritse them selves. Very bad services no good pathetic servies.
